Data we collect

When you contact us or book: your name, email, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests and any requests you send us.

When you visit the website: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies if you allow them.

Why we use your data

To answer your enquiries, manage your booking and your stay (contract), to meet our legal obligations such as guest registration and invoicing (legal obligation), and, only with your consent, to send you offers or to measure website use.

Who receives your data

Our online booking provider Webhotelier and payment processors, our accountant and the authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your data.

Only if you accept cookies: Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads) for statistics and advertising, and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. If you message us on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta).

Google signals is enabled in Google Analytics: for visitors signed in to their Google account, Google may link visits across devices for aggregated reports and personalised advertising. You can control this on Google's "My Activity" page.

If you accept cookies and fill in the contact form, your email and phone number may be sent to Google in encrypted (hashed) form to measure our advertising. The form is delivered through Netlify, which hosts this website.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. the USA), under the safeguards of the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

Booking and invoicing data for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

Cookies

Essential cookies make the website work and remember your language and your cookie choice. They do not require consent.

Analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) are used only if you click "Accept all".

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
